Designed for comfort and clarity, this headset features memory foam over-ear pads and an adjustable boom mic with auto on/off and mute functions. In addition to the mic, the left earcup also houses user controls for hand-on adjustments. Internally, the JBL Quantum 200 boasts 50mm dynamic drivers, delivering a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. In addition to supporting the Windows 10 and Xbox One surround sound features, this headset is also compatible with Mac, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, mobile, and VR platforms. This Quantum 200 comes with a 3.93' audio cable and 4.92' PC splitter adapter, as well as a windshield foam to cover the mic.

Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
