Price Match Policy

At TRINITI Technology we strive to offer competitive pricing so that you are getting the best value out of your purchase and feel good about supporting a local business!

 

We will be transparent and say that for a smaller team we manage over 16k active skus, where we may be slower to make changes than larger companies. Therefore, we are extremely grateful for customers who take the time to give us to opportunity to price match against competitors to keep the sale local.

 

We will price match identical products from major Canadian retailers so long as the item is in-stock. In the case that the retailer does not offer free shipping to the Yukon, we will add the shipping cost to the price of the item to determine the final cost that we are price matching against. Please keep in mind for some retailers you will not see the true shipping cost until you log into a user account.

 

The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to Marketplace sellers or resellers on websites like Bestbuy.ca, openbox.ca, Amazon.ca, ebay.ca etc. It also excludes refurbished or demo items and Open Box products. Majority of our brand partners do not allow authorized partners to sell on marketplace platforms.
