The open-ear design of the OpenComm2 lets you remain safe and aware of your surroundings, and makes it more comfortable to wear the headset throughout the day. In order to offer that and still achieve clear calls, the headset uses 7th generation bone conduction technology and PremiumPitch 2.0. Medium and high frequency sounds are equalized for distortion-free audio. To make sure you're heard clearly on the other end, various technologies are employed with a rotating built-in boom mic.

Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

- All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.

Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. - If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). - You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
