• The base of MagGo is only for the use of AirPods and cannot charge phones.
• If the charging light keeps blinking when charging your devices, you have placed them incorrectly. Remove the device from the base and place them back again when the blinking stops.
• Not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, such as OtterBox defender cases. Cases made of metal and attachments such as magnets, cards, keys, and pop grips will interfere with charging.
• Does not support charging of iPhone 13 Pro with a case when placed horizontally.
• When used separately, press the button to activate if the portable charger is placed horizontally.

Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
• All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
• The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
