The EncorePro HW520 Binaural Noise-Canceling Headset from Plantronics is a lightweight, binaural headset that covers and provides sound to both your ears. By covering both ears, the HW520 helps to provide greater focus and concentration by blocking background noise. This headset fits over your head and is compatible with PCs and desk phones with Plantronics audio processors.

The HW520 has been designed for use in customer care centers, help desks, telesales, and customer service centers where users will encounter the rigors of call-intensive environments. To this end, the HW520 has been designed to help minimize operational disruptions and downtime while also maintaining the comfort of those using it. The HW520 has been designed with a flexible and noise-canceling mic, which can also be adjusted using the visual and tactile microphone positioning guides. There are also soft ear cushions and Quick Disconnect, while wideband audio (up to 6,800 Hz) helps deliver rich and clear audio and reduce listening fatigue. Additionally, SoundGuard technology helps protect against noise spikes above 118 dBA. The HW520 is also durable and has been constructed with laser-welding and metal joints.

Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
• All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
• The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
