• Play Sound: Find your misplaced items by making Chipolo Point ring from Google's Find My Device app.
• Range Meter: Pinpoint the location of your items when they are nearby with visual distance tips inside Google’s Find My Device app.
• Locate Items: Track down your items by checking the last known location in Google's Find My Device app. The location gets updated with the help of Google's Find My Device network, made up of several million Android devices all around the world.
• Mark as Lost: Can’t find your things? No need to search, there’s a worldwide Android network ready to help you find your things. Mark your Chipolo Point as lost in the app and the entire Google’s Find My Device network will help you look for it. Add your contact info in case someone finds your items to speed up the return.
• Sharing: Sharing car keys with your loved ones? You can also share the Chipolo Point attached to them. You can both see the keys’ location for as long as you share your Chipolo Point.
• Part of Google Home: Your Google Home devices can be part of your finding network too! When you forget your things at home, the Google Home device closest to your Chipolo will let you know where you can find them.
• Safe & Secure: Your personal information is for your eyes only. Google’s Find My Device network encrypts your latest location using your Google account password, while your other data is encrypted while in transit.
• Unknown tracker alerts: View, ring and find unfamiliar tracking devices with ease.
• Loud Sound: You won't have any problem finding your things when they hide nearby because Chipolo has a very loud sound (ONE Point - 120 dB, CARD Point 105 dB)

Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
• All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
• The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
