It is easy to connect and charge USB devices consolidate them together in one convenient place on your workspace. All 13 SuperSpeed ports support Data/Charging BC 1.2 up to 1.5A designed for the fastest charging and still enables access to your data simultaneously. This Hub with its Certified Power Adapter gives you the ability to connect and load up the 13 ports to use a mix of low power and high Power devices. It also provides over voltage, over current and overheat protection. When not in use, this energy efficient power adapter sips very little power to save energy and when using with the latest OS, the USAP function further enhances the SuperSpeed USB capability. Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
• All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
• The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
