POP helps you locate your misplaced things with a loud sound. When your keys, backpack, wallet, or bag are hiding nearby, you can ring your POP and easily locate your item by playing a very loud sound that’s easy to hear from rooms away. You’ll never have to panic over misplaced items ever again.
When your things are missing, there is a whole global network ready to find your things. POP is compatible with Apple Find My or Google's Find My Device app, so you can locate your things in an instant with the help of millions of Android or Apple devices around the world.

As a cherry on top, Chipolo POP comes with extra finding features in the free Chipolo companion app. You can double-press your POP to ring your misplaced phone (even if it’s on silent) and even customize its ringtone.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. Listed below are our terms and conditions for shipping and returns. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us. 

Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
• All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
• The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
