Despite the success of Carpio 2.0, we did not sufficiently take into account one group of people - the gamers. We received dozens of emails explaining what we had done wrong. After in-depth analysis, we uncovered two main problems: lack of control over Carpio 2.0 and heavy sweating of the palms. These problems were related to both intense game sessions and long working hours. So we have remade the Carpio 2.0 into the Carpio G2.0. After over 14 prototypes, there was only one thing left to do - it was time to test it. Adjustable silicone strap with magnetic attachment. Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
