Designed for home or office, the new Ember Mug² does more than simply keep your coffee hot. Our smart mug allows you to set an exact drinking temperature, so your coffee is never too hot, or too cold.

Ember then maintains your chosen temperature for up to 1.5 hours with the Ember Mug² 10 oz and up to 80 minutes with the Ember Mug² 14 oz - so your hot beverage stays perfect. Ember Mug² is safe to hand wash and submersible up to 1 meter in water.

  Set the temperature of your hot drink down to the degree. Start with the preset 135°F or select your favorite temperature from a  range from 120°F to 145°F (48.9°C to 62.8°C).

• Auto Sleep

  Simply start pouring to turn on your Ember Tumbler. When empty, it will automatically enter sleep mode to conserve power. Ember intelligently turns on and off using patented sensors to detect liquid level and temperature.

• Ember App

  Once you’ve paired your Ember Tumbler to the Ember app, remotely set your drinking temperature, save presets for all your favorite drinks, try our tea steeping timers, and personalize the LED color. The Ember App is compatible with iOS and Android devices.

• No More Microwaving

  Enjoy your hot beverages for hours without ever using a microwave. For safety reasons, the Ember Tumbler should never be placed in a microwave oven.

Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
• All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
• The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
