The Luna Ultra from Insta360 is an AI-powered gimbal camera capable of capturing up to 8K30 video thanks to its Leica-engineered optics. The Luna Ultra features two lenses, one with a 1" CMOS image sensor and one with a 1/1.3" CMOS sensor. A triple AI chip ensures efficient low-light performance. The 2" OLED touchscreen on the camera can actually detach to function as a wireless remote for control over distance. AI-powered tracking and rapid focus protocols keep your subjects in focus even during fast-action sports.

Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
• All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
• The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
