JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds use Adaptive Noise Cancelling to tune out noises entirely or just let in as much of the outside world you want. Ambient Aware adapts how much of the outside world you want to hear, while TalkThru lets you talk with those around you—all without taking your earbuds out. The additional eartips allow you to choose how much isolation from the outside world you want.

6 mics for perfect calls and customized call experience

Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
• All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
• The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
