This version of Microsoft Office Home & Business 2024 contains a product key code that is used to download and install full versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote on a single Windows or Mac computer. This suite is designed to help you create and organize faster with time-saving features, a modern look, and built-in collaboration tools. While internet access is required to install Office, you do not need to be connected to the internet to use the Office applications.

Please be aware that Office 2024 is a one-time purchase that comes with classic apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote for Windows or Mac, and does not include any of the services that come with an Office 365 subscription. One-time purchases don't have an upgrade option, which means if you plan to upgrade to the next major release, you'll have to buy it at full price.

Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
• All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
• The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
