This drive is equipped with 4TB of storage and a USB 3.0 Type-C interface. If your Mac doesn't have a USB Type-C port, an included USB Type-C to Type-A adapter helps ensure compatibility with older systems. This drive is also bus-powered, meaning that all its power is provided by the USB cable and no external power cables or adapters are required.

Since WD designed this My Passport Ultra drive for Mac, it comes preformatted HFS+ for macOS Mojave, High Sierra, and Sierra. If you happen to work across both Windows and Mac platforms, WD provides a downloadable HFS+ driver for Windows 10, 8.1, and 7, which enables the reading and writing of this My Passport Ultra drive without any reformatting. Or, make it fully Windows compatible with a simple reformat. Thanks to a 256-bit AES hardware encryption chip, your private files are kept more secure.

Returns 

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
• All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
• The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
