Find lost items easier than ever! The Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 is easy to mount on keys or bags or even to the family pet and is powered by Bluetooth within a range of up to 120m.

Compass View
Compass View enhances the user experience by providing arrows to show the direction and distance of the Galaxy SmartTag2 in relation to the user.* It shows you the way on your phone screen through the SmartThings app. The app now features a full screen map view and an intuitive interface, making the experience even more seamless.
* For Galaxy SmartTag2, Samsung account log-in and registration on SmartThings Find is required. Galaxy SmartTag2 needs to be paired with ultra-wideband(UWB)-enabled Galaxy smartphones with Android 11 or higher to fully function. Accuracy may be reduced if there’s an obstacle between you and the tag, such as when the tag is inside a drawer, behind a wall, or in a car.

AR Finding
AR Finding gives you a uniquely visual way to locate a lost item with a SmartTag2 attached using your Samsung Galaxy smartphone camera with the SmartThings Find app.
Longer-Lasting Battery
Users can now enjoy Galaxy SmartTag2 for longer with new Power Saving Mode, available alongside an improved Normal Mode. With Power Saving Mode, Galaxy SmartTag2’s battery now lasts up to 700 days, more than twice as long as previous Galaxy SmartTag models. Even in Normal Mode, battery life is now extended up to 500 days, a 50% increase on previous models. With the flexibility to switch between the two modes, users can track their valuables – from car keys to bikes – for longer.

Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received/purchased it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
- All items must be in its original condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item you are wishing to return.
- The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE if opened - VR Headsets, Headphones, Headsets, Graphics Card, CPU, Drones, and Software
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. - If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). - You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
